Graeme Montgomery Development

These three images are photo developments for Graeme Montgomery, they were taken outside, I did this to get different angles and capture the movement of the hair and the flow of the earing from the wind, this would also show the diamantes give a rainbow effect with natural lightening and shine against the camera. these images relate to Graeme Montgomery as I decided to incorporate different aspects in which he takes single images off like makeup, accessories and hair and put them into one image. I have also edited these images slightly by adding a Gaussian Blur on the top of them to soften the image but keep details of the shine on the hair. however in the top image I have also used the cloning tool to get a smooth and fresh skin colour.

Andy Warhol Photo Response

This image is in responses to Andy Warhol, the image was first off taken in taken in the studio and edited using Photo Shop. When editing the photo I changed the levels of the Number of Levels the image would have, the Edge of Simplicity and edge of fidelity on the cut-out tool this was originally to change colours however I then changed the colours by drawing around and filling to create the Andy Warhol colour effect.

Ellen Von Unwerth Photo Response

These two images are photo responses to Ellen Von Unwerth, they were taken against a white background so I could create a detailed look on facial features as Ellen focuses on makeup that has been applied and the model at different angles and giving different facial expressions. In the 2nd image I raised the camera to get a shadowed background but a shin on the hair because when the image was turned to black and white it would break down the bold area of the hair. I decided to edit these images in Photo Shop as in the first stages of editing and comparing Ellen's images I had notices the background to the images especially my Response 2 had a dotted background therefore using the paintbrush at a circle shape I was able to create an equally patterned background to get the best out of my response.

Graeme Montgomery Photo Responses

These two images are photo responses to Graeme Montgomery, they were taken against a beige background to contrast with the skin tone and get the best the lighting conditions  which help to create shadows. The images are in response to Graeme Montgomery as he focuses on skin, nails and accessories. in the 1st image I have decided to focus on he nails and edited any imperfections on Photo Shop. On the 2nd image I have decided to focus on the ring changing the aperture to blur the left hand side but still have the nails in the image.

Graeme Montgomery Photo Responses

These two images are photo responses to Graeme Montgomery, they were taken in the studio so I could capture the different angles with the lighting conditions monitored to create a shadows affect in certain areas. The images are in response to Graeme Montgomery as his image shows a women with manicured nails covering her face giving off a clawing effect.
